Our collaboration with cosm: creating opportunities through work

For many people, access to employment means far more than simply signing a contract. It represents a chance to start over, embrace new opportunities, and begin a new chapter in life, especially for those facing social disadvantage or vulnerable circumstances. This shared vision is what inspired our collaboration with COSM, a consortium of social cooperatives operating in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The initiative was made possible through resources provided by a regional co-design programme focused on social and labour inclusion and restorative justice.

Promoting an inclusive economy that puts people first and supports the reintegration of individuals facing challenging situations lies at the heart of COSM's mission. From the very beginning, we recognised our own values in this approach, and together we have developed practical pathways designed to help individuals realise their potential within our services.
