Notice of Adopted and Filed Changes to the Regulations of the Alaska Board of Chiropractic Examiners

On December 30, 2024, the Board of Chiropractic Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 16 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern updates dealing with approved nonacademic continuing education programs.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on January 24, 2025, and are effective on February 23, 2025. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 253, April 2025 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
