MINNESOTA - With stops this week in Pennington, Beltrami, Lyon, Kittson, Roseau, Lake of the Woods, and Koochiching counties, U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar has once again visited every one of Minnesota's 87 counties in one year.
"Meeting with people across our state is the best part of my job," said Klobuchar."That's why I visit with Minnesotans in every corner of our state to discuss their concerns and priorities - from lowering costs, including for health care and groceries, to fixing the tariffs that are hurting our farmers, small businesses and local economies. I'll keep putting Minnesotans' ideas into action to make a difference for the people of our state."
The final leg of Klobuchar's annual 87-county tour included visits to six family farms throughout northern Minnesota and concluded with a stop in International Falls, where the Senator was joined by Mayor Drake Dill to meet with nursing and engineering students, faculty, and community leaders on Minnesota North College's Rainy River Campus.
