The City of Concord utility bill payment system will be down beginning Friday, October 24 at 6 p.m. through Sunday, October 26 at 5 p.m. for system upgrades.
During this time, the Utility Customer Portal (myaccount.concordnc.gov), the bill pay kiosk outside City Hall, and the one-time online bill pay options will not be available.
Alternate utility bill payment options during the scheduled outage:
Drive up drop box on Market Street for check payments.
Check payments by mail.
Customers can use their online banking bill pay service through their bank.
The scheduled outage will not affect autopay customers. No action is needed from autopay customers.
Additionally, the scheduled outage does not affect non-utility payments. Residents will still be able to make online payments for the following:
Fire Marshal Payments
Parking Tickets
Taxi Permit
Code Civil Citation
Beer & Wine License
Yard Waste Removal
Misc Receivables
