Notice of Closure of the United States Court of International Trade on 12/24/2025
By order of the Chief Judge, the United States Court of International Trade will be closed on 12/24/2025. By previous order, the Court will be closed on 12/26/2025, in addition to the federal holiday of 12/25/2025.
For the purposes of the computation of time and motions to enlarge time under U.S. Court of International Trade Rule 6, 12/24/2025 will be considered a "legal holiday."
