Sean Morris Joins Landmark Properties as Head of Private Wealth to Capitalize on Opportunity Zone Legislation Permanence

Former PGIM Executive Director Named to Newly Created Position to

Build Additional Capital Formation Channel

ATHENS, Ga. (July 13, 2026) - Landmark Properties, a fully-integrated real estate investment firm specializing in development, construction, acquisition, and operation of high-quality residential communities, announced that Sean Morris has joined the firm as Head of Private Wealth. In this newly created role, Morris will be responsible for building and leading the firm's retail and private wealth business, beginning with the launch of an Opportunity Zone Fund series given recent federal legislation extending and making the Opportunity Zone program permanent.

Sean has more than 30 years of experience in sales and distribution, with 15 years in the real estate investment sector. Prior to joining Landmark, he served as an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate working across sales and distribution, national accounts, and product development. Prior to PGIM, he was a National Sales Director at CIM Group, leading private wealth distribution as well as launching one of the largest Opportunity Zone Funds in market.
