Year in Review: Vanderbilt’s Top Social Media Posts of 2025

1.) 'College GameDay' on campus

When 'College GameDay' made a stop at Vanderbilt for the first time in x years, engineering student Tyler Hwang rose to the moment, nailing Pat McAfee's live field goal challenge to win $500,000.

2.) Lavuvu

Love em or hate em, the Lavuvu made more than one appearance on campus (and on social media) this year.

3.) Anchored In

4.) Vanderbilt University - New York City

We announced Vanderbilt's bold new expansion of our first campus outside of Nashville.

5.) Match 1, Match Won

Volleyball returned to Vanderbilt for the first time in 45 years during an exciting match on Wyatt Lawn.

6.) Champions

Additionally, several other teams celebrated successful seasons on the field.

7.) Commencement 2025

One of our favorite times of the year. This year's celebration featured an alma mater that defied gravity.
