Notice of Amendments to the USCIT Rules effective October 1, 2025

On October 1, 2025, certain technical amendments were made to the Preface, Judges, Clerk's Office Information, and Forms 1, 2, 3 and 4, that will become effective immediately.
When viewed on the USCIT Website, deleted language appears with strikeovers, and new language appears in red.
Notice of the amendment was transmitted to various sources for publication. If you have obtained a hard copy of the Rules from a commercial publisher, you may wish to contact that publisher to determine when it will make the amendment available.
A copy of the amendment is available for review at the Court's website: www.cit.uscourts.gov.
