Local Artist and FPU Alumna Janice Leppke presents “Boundaries and Bubbles”

Central Valley native and FPU alum Janice Leppke will be the ArtHop featured artist at Fresno Pacific University.

The opening reception takes place on Thursday, April 2, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. with the art display running through April 24, 2026. The show Boundaries and Bubbles is an exhibition of watercolor and mixed media paintings. The display can be found in the Ewert Art Gallery, located within the Warkentine Culture and Arts Center on the FPU main campus, 4838 E. Butler Ave.

Attendees are invited to come meet the artist, explore the collection and experience the stories behind each piece in a welcoming, come-and-go atmosphere. The event is free, and all ages are welcome to attend.

Leppke was raised in Fresno and Tulare counties and is a member of The Door Art Gallery, located in Fresno. Leppke has taught art education classes at FPU and painting classes at The Door Art Gallery.
