Navarre Beach Pier to close at 7 p.m. due to weather
Navarre Beach Pier will close at 7 p.m. today, Sept. 25, and will remain closed on Thur., Sept. 26, due to expected hazardous weather conditions. The US National Weather Service Mobile Officeis forecasting marine and coastal impacts from Hurricane Helene, including, dangerously high surf, deadly rip currents, and hazardous marine conditions (including strong winds and high waves) beginning late tonight into early Friday morning.
The pier is expected to reopen at 8 a.m.on Fri., Sept. 27.
