Cary, NC - The Cary Tennis Classic returns to Cary Tennis Park June 28 through July 5, welcoming top professional tennis players from around the world for a week of elite competition, community engagement, and charitable giving.

Now in its 12th year, the Cary Tennis Classic (CTC), formerly known as the Atlantic Tire Championships, will bring world-class professional tennis to one of the nation's premier public tennis facilities. The tournament features both a Men's ATP Challenger Tour 75 event and a Women's WTT 100 event, with top-ranked players from around the globe expected to compete.

Past competitors in Cary include ATP standouts Ben Shelton, Frances Tiafoe, Jack Sock, and Tommy Paul, underscoring the tournament's reputation as a launching pad for some of the sport's biggest names. Both men's and women's professionals ranked among the world's top 100 are expected to participate in 2026.

With activities and matches taking place throughout the week, tennis fans will have opportunities to experience professional competition in an intimate setting while enjoying a variety of community-focused events.

Community events remain a cornerstone of the tournament experience. The week includes the Cary Tennis Classic Kids' Day, a Wheelchair Tennis Clinic, and an Abilities Tennis Night.

The annual Western Wake Tennis Association Charity Classic is held in conjunction with the Cary Tennis Classic. Funds from the event are donated to Transitions LifeCare (formerly Hospice of Wake County) and used for WWTA scholarships. WWTA has raised over $350,000 for Transitions LifeCare and over $80,000 WWTA scholarships for area youth through this annual fundraiser.

Hosted at Cary Tennis Park, one of the nation's leading public tennis facilities, the Cary Tennis Classic showcases Cary's commitment to providing exceptional sports and recreation experiences for residents and visitors alike.
