LOCAL NEWS | Best in Restoration Award Given to 307 North Michigan
The 307 North Michigan Avenue building in Chicago received the award for Best in Restoration from the Masonry Advisory Council.
Built a century ago, the Old Republic Building is a twenty-three-story office skyscraper designed in the Classical Revival style with finely detailed white terra cotta.
We are honored to have been part of the team privileged to work on this historic building. The recognition is a testament to the team's dedication, craftsmanship, and passion for preserving architectural heritage.
