Value Companies, Inc. has completed lease up for Phase Two of The Point at Gateways, a luxury residential community within Value Companies' Gateways at Randolph multifamily property in Morris County. Lease up at this property was spearheaded by Cheryl Byrne, Leasing and Marketing Manager for Value Companies.
Phase Two of the Point at Gateways includes 24 two-bedroom/two-bathroom homes. Each unit features high ceilings, stone countertops, tile backsplashes, high-speed internet, and energy-efficient appliances including a washer/dryer in each home. Residents of The Point at Gateways enjoy several community amenities, including a newly expanded and remodeled clubhouse that features an event space with a catering kitchen and outdoor balconies, a children's playroom and video gaming lounge, workstations, billiards, and large-screen televisions. The Point at Gateways residents will also enjoy a new pool with a sundeck, a fitness center, new barbecue areas, and a playground.

Phase Three of The Point at Gateways will include 36 more two-bedroom/two-bathroom homes. When all phases of construction are complete, The Gateways at Randolph will be one of the largest multifamily properties in the state, with over 1,000 units in the community.
