NEW ADS: Everytown, Future Forward Launch $5 Million Partnership, Digital Ads in Michigan and Pennsylvania

WASHINGTON - Everytown for Gun Safety Victory Fund and Future Forward (FF PAC) are working together on a $5 million partnership, launching new digitalads in Michigan and Pennsylvania highlighting Vice President Harris' gun safety record and Donald Trump's dangerous guns everywhere agenda. The ads will run across streaming platforms and YouTube, targeting key mobilization and persuasion audiences in Michigan and Pennsylvania.

"Voters face a stark choice on gun safety: Trump and Vance, who call school shootings a 'fact of life' and have pledged to 'roll back' lifesaving gun safety measures, or Harris and Walz, who have long track records of taking action to keep our families safe," said John Feinblatt, president of Everytown for Gun Safety. "The path to victory runs through Michigan and Pennsylvania, and we're proud to partner with Future Forward to mobilize gun safety voters and help send Vice President Harris and Governor Walz to the White House."

"This election is about a choice of two futures: one with weaker gun laws and more gun violence or one with gun safety measures that keep people safe,"said Chauncey McLean, President of Future Forward. "Donald Trump will always make it about his own interest, while Vice-President Harris will stand up to protect families in movie theaters and kids in school from the danger of gun violence."

Transcript:

"Back the blue."

For Kamala Harris, it's more than a slogan.

She's prosecuted rapists and murderers, brought gangs to justice, hired thousands more police officers, and expanded background checks to keep guns away from violent criminals.

But Donald Trump says he'd repeal those background checks, and cut hundreds of millions from the COPS program.

So ask yourself: Who backs the blue?

The convicted felon out for himself, or the prosecutor who put more cops on our streets?

WATCH: "Leader"

Transcript:

Leaders show themselves at our darkest hours.

When kids are being gunned down in their classrooms, Donald Trump says, "get over it."

While his VP pick calls school shootings "a fact of life."

Enough is enough.

Kamala Harris has a real plan to pass meaningful gun safety laws and keep kids safe.

HARRIS: We've got to stop it. And we have to end this epidemic of gun violence in our country once and for all.

In July, Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund and Victory Fund announced a $45 million electoral program and the launch of a new grassroots voter contact program to help elect gun sense candidates and defeat gun extremists up and down the ballot in key swing districts and states. Everytown's efforts will focus on young voters on college campuses, voters of color, and suburban women in Arizona, California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Last month, Everytown for Gun Safety Victory Fund and Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund announced a record $7.5 million to train and elect Moms Demand Action and Students Demand Action volunteers, including many candidates running in key races across the country, 46% of whom are running for their state legislature.
