2.It is reported that to meet consumers' demand for purchasing authentic products while addressing their concerns about counterfeit and low-quality milk products, Lazada Vietnam has collaborated with leading well-known milk brands such as Ensure, Pediasure, Nestlé NAN, Nutren Junior, Enfa, Hipp, Similac, Grow, Glucerna, Friso, Morinaga, Aptamil Kid, Anlene, Nutifood GrowPlus, and Värna Nutifood to launch the "Authentic Milk Commitment" program starting from October 21, 2025. This is a significant and practical step that not only joins hands to protect public health but also enhances people's trust in online shopping in the nutrition industry, which is regarded as one of the most demanding industries. The collaboration brings together numerous leading milk brands and retailers. Products under this program cover milk powder, children's nutritional food, formula milk powder, adult nutritional milk, and special-purpose milk for the elderly and patients. All brands operate through LazMall and must go through a strict review process before joining the program. Required documents include complete legal documents and quality certifications, such as business licenses, trademark registrations, product declarations, quality inspections, import and distribution licenses, and other licenses specified by Vietnamese laws. A representative from Lazada stated, "Providing consumers with reputable and high-quality products has always been Lazada's top priority. Through the 'Authentic Milk Commitment' program, Lazada aims to work with reputable brands to provide safe and high-quality milk to millions of Vietnamese families, improve their health, and at the same time create a positive impact to help enhance consumers' trust in the digital ecosystem." It is reported that if consumers find that products under the "Authentic Milk Commitment" program are counterfeit or inauthentic, they will receive double compensation. This strongly demonstrates Lazada's firm commitment to working with brands to safeguard public health and provide consumers with more peace of mind during shopping.

3.Amazon has announced the cancellation of its default two-day order processing time policy, requiring sellers to set their own order processing times based on their actual operational capabilities. This adjustment aims to improve logistics flexibility and reduce operational issues caused by time constraints. Sellers can flexibly configure processing time limits of 1 day, 2 days, or longer in the backend according to their inventory, production cycles, and distribution capabilities. The platform advises sellers to set reasonable time limits based on their actual operations to enhance the customer experience and avoid affecting order fulfillment quality due to blindly pursuing short processing times. This policy change reflects that e-commerce platforms are shifting from standardized requirements to personalized operational support, helping sellers balance efficiency and service quality.
