WARSAW - 11 September 2025 - Greenberg Traurig advised Generali Real Estate, managed by Generali Investments CEE on the acquisition of Dom Dochodowy, the historic retail and office building located in the heart of Warsaw from mLeasing.
Dom Dochodowy is a distinctive mixed-use boutique asset located at Plac Trzech Krzyży in Warsaw. Formed by merging three historic tenements, the building delivers approximately 3,300 sqm of modern office space and 2,000 sqm of high-end retail and service space. The property boasts a prime Royal Route location and striking architecture with meticulously restored historic features. The building currently houses the embassies of Japan and New Zealand, as well as luxury fashion boutiques, a restaurant, and a bank.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Filip Widuch, who was supported by Senior Associate Paulina Walczewska and Associates Maciej Smaczyński and Bruno Jasic.
