(d) On June 11, 2026, Ingredion Incorporated (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K, dated June 7, 2026, announcing the election of Kenneth Escoe as a director of the Company.
On July 28, 2026, the Company's Board of Directors appointed Mr. Escoe as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Except for the addition of this information, there is no change in the Current Report on Form 8-K dated June 7, 2026.
