Celebrate the Season at the Bernhard Museum’s “S’mores and Stories”

Gather your family and friends for an evening of holiday fun at the Bernhard Museum's annual S'mores and Stories event on Friday, Dec. 12, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Enjoy live music, festive stories, and the simple joy of s'mores and hot cocoa shared around a crackling fire. It's the perfect way to slow down, soak in the season, and make memories together.

Inside, the Bernhard Museum will be dressed in its finest Victorian holiday décor. Take a stroll through the historic 1850s inn and see what a Victorian Christmas looked like-party dresses, twinkling trees with presents beneath, and greenery filling every corner. Guests can even make their own Christmas ornament to bring a bit of the magic home.

"This is one of our last events of 2025, and it's always such a special way to close out the year," said Bryanna Ryan, Supervising Curator at the Bernhard Museum. "We invite everyone to come out and celebrate the joy of the season with us."

The Bernhard Museum is located at 291 Auburn Folsom Road in Auburn. The event is free and open to all ages.
