CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES
La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2025-00029777 de 17 de octubre de 2025, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía PROMOTORES INMOBILIARIOS PRONOBIS S.A. cuya oferta pública de la QUINTA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2023-00041464 del 04 de agosto de 2023 por el monto de hasta USD $4'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
