Strengthening Our Safety Culture

Turner Türkiye proudly marked the 22nd Annual Safety Stand-Down, reinforcing our unwavering commitment to creating safer workplaces and strengthening our safety culture across all operations. This year, more than 1,300 employees from our projects and offices across Türkiye actively participated in the initiative, embracing the theme and mindset of "Value Every Voice."

Throughout the week, Safety Stand-Down sessions were conducted across all project sites and offices, focusing on critical risk awareness, proactive hazard identification, and the importance of open communication in preventing incidents. The initiative also emphasized leadership engagement, workforce participation, and the shared responsibility of maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for everyone.

Aligned with Turner's Building LIFE philosophy, the Stand-Down encouraged employees to look beyond compliance and actively care for one another by recognizing risks, speaking up, and taking ownership of safety both on and off the jobsite.
