Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019: "A Guide to the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019" and "Key Events in the Timeline of Subchapter V Cases"
The new Section V of Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code went into effect on February 19, 2020. Judge Paul W. Bonapfel of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia published "A Guide to the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019," which was last revised in June 2022.
