Visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia to the Danish “State of Green” company

On November 11, in Copenhagen, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan visited the "State of Green" company.

Minister Mirzoyan got acquainted with the company's activities, Denmark's significant achievements in developing a green economy through innovative technologies and solutions, its vision for future sustainable development, as well as opportunities for international cooperation.

Being a successful example of partnership between the Government of Denmark and the country's three leading business associations in the fields of industry, green economy and agriculture, the company brings together the public and private sectors, involving more than 600 representatives of state bodies, the business community, academic institutions, experts and researchers.

Among other areas, as an important prerequisite for the development of a green economy, the company also pays attention to the specifics of the biodiversity sector. In this context, during Minister Mirzoyan's visit, issues of cooperation within the framework of the conferences of the UN Convention on Biological Diversity were also touched upon: the company will be represented at the conference to be held in Yerevan next year, with the involvement of relevant business circles.
