OSCE Chairman-in-Office Cassis to visit Sarajevo
VIENNA/BERN, 19 February 2026 - The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Switzerland's Federal Councillor Ignazio Cassis, will visit Sarajevo on 20 February, where he will meet with high-level officials and discuss the current political context, upcoming elections and reform priorities across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During his visit, Chairman-in-Office Cassis will meet with members of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency and the Minister of Foreign Affairs to reaffirm the OSCE's commitment to supporting the country's reform path. He will also visit the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina and meet with the Central Election Commission to discuss electoral integrity and the Organization's support for democratic processes.
