OHS Healthcare Benchmark Notice of Hearing - 1:30 PM


Pursuant to C.G.S. § 19a-754g , the Office of Health Strategy (OHS) will hold an Informational Public Hearing on the 2026 to 2030 Healthcare Benchmarks.

The hearing will detail the process and values for the Healthcare Benchmark Initiative Cost Growth and Primary Care Spending Targets, as well as the Quality Benchmarks, for 2026 to 2030.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

Time-permitting, OHS will accept oral comment from members of the public beginning at approximately 3:30 PM. Those wishing to provide public comment orally during the hearing may sign up to do so by emailing OHS@ct.gov.

Written comments from the public should be submitted electronically to OHS@ct.gov with the subject line: June 23 Benchmark Hearingsor, if such comments cannot be submitted electronically, sent by mail, to the Office of Health Strategy, 450 Capitol Avenue, 1st Floor, Hartford, CT 06106, Attn: Lisa P. Sementilli, Lead Planning Analyst. Pre-hearing written comments should be electronically sent or post-marked no later than Monday, June 16th, 2025, to ensure their consideration in the hearing. Post-hearing written comments may be provided no later than Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

All public comments will be recorded and posted on the OHS website.
