(the "Company") that she will not stand for re-electionto the Board of Directors at the Company's 2025 annual meeting of shareholders, when her term will expire. Ms. De Greef-Safft has reviewed this current report on Form 8-Kand confirmed that her decision not to stand for re-electionwas based on personal reasons and she has no dispute or disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
