Kirkland Guides Pro Bono Joint Venture for Houston Nonprofit Medical Clinic

Kirkland & Ellis advised Christ Clinic, a 501(c)(3) charity medical clinic that serves over 5,000 patients annually in the greater Houston community, in a joint venture to provide functional medicine in greater Houston in partnership with Innovative Wellness. Funds received by Christ Clinic from the joint venture will be used toward funding the clinic's nonprofit charity medical care for uninsured and underinsured patients.

The Kirkland team included corporate lawyers Michael Cline, Christian Mahre and Peter Hillary; healthcare lawyers Dennis Williams, Micah Desaire and Jessica Stoltz; and tax lawyers Mark Dundon and Dylan White.
