Secretary-General of ASEAN delivers virtual keynote remarks for the AFA – CAPA – ACCA Joint Webinar

Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, delivered his keynote remarks via video recording for the Joint Webinar of the ASEAN Federation of Accountants (AFA), Pacific Accountants (CAPA), and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), with the theme "Navigating a Changed World: Recommendations for ASEAN." In his remarks, SG Dr. Kao called on accounting professionals in ASEAN to step up their contributions to ASEAN's regional priorities, adapt to the fast-paced global dynamics, and advance cooperation in strategic areas such as (i) sustainable reporting, (ii) digital transformation, (iii) talent development and mobility, and (iv) intangible assets and creative value.
