Project update at Kresston

Exciting progress continues at Kresston, a one-of-a-kind new 1,463-acre master-planned community in Magnolia, Texas, developed by Johnson Development Corp in partnership with IHP Capital Partners.

The community is taking shape with new homebuilders, expanded homesite offerings, and additional neighborhood amenities underway. Recent milestones include the introduction of larger 60- and 80-foot homesites, plans for new model homes in early 2027, and continued investment in parks and recreational spaces.

At full buildout, Kresston is planned for approximately 3,200 homes, along with community amenities, commercial opportunities and a future elementary school (projected to open in fall 2028).
