As described in an October 13, 2026 email, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is experiencing a national disruption. During this disruption, the Court will continue to accept filings, open cases, and process documents according to standard procedures. However, there may be a delay in the entry and service of notices and orders from the Court as well as the service of 341 Notices until this matter is resolved.
The BNC disruption is also affecting CM/ECF users' access to the mailing matrix. Until resolved, CM/ECF users seeking to serve pleadings and delegated notices/orders may access the list of creditors and addresses within a case through the following process:
Accessing the List of Creditors:
A pdf of the list of creditors and addresses (with the case number and date/time stamp) can be attached to the Certificate of Service to show the parties served.
The list of creditors and addresses can also be copied and pasted into an Excel spreadsheet to print mailing labels.
