President Stubb meets with parliamentary Defence Committee

President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb received the Defence Committee of the Finnish Parliament on Wednesday 20 May 2026 at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki.

At the meeting, Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine, the situation in the Middle East, and other current foreign and security policy issues were discussed. In addition, the president briefed the committee on his recent trips and discussions.

President Stubb last met the Defence Committee in February 2026.
