Kirkland Represents Navigator Global Investments in Acquisition of Revenue-Share Interests Portfolio from Stable

Kirkland & Ellis advised Navigator Global Investments (NGI), a diversified alternative asset management company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, on its $195 million acquisition of a portfolio of minority, net revenue-share interests in 17 alternative asset managers from Stable Asset Management, one of the largest and most-tenured GP stake builders focused on GP seed and acceleration investing. NGI and Stable also announced a long-term strategic partnership, through which Stable will continue to manage and monitor the portfolio on behalf of NGI. The transaction was announced May 4, 2026.
