Amazon now offers free returns with no shipping box, tape, or label needed at over 10,000 U.S. locations. Four out of five customers have a drop-off point within five miles of their home. Participating locations include FedEx Office (1,500+ stores), Whole Foods Market, The UPS Store, Kohl's, Staples, and regional partners. Customers simply start a return in their Amazon account, receive a QR code, and bring the unpackaged item to a participating location where it's scanned and prepared for shipping-no extra packaging or printer required.
