Partomchorr breaks ground on road to apatite-nepheline ore deposit

Acron Group's subsidiary Partomchorr Mining Company has begun construction of an access road to the Partomchorr apatite-nepheline ore deposit. As part of the preparations for developing the deposit, geological exploration work is underway. The project is carried out in close collaboration with the Kola Scientific Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The road from Maly Vudyavr lake to the deposit will be used solely for daily operations and transporting personnel to the site.

Partomchorr officially states that the project does not include the construction of a processing plant. The ore mined at the deposit will be processed at the Oleniy Ruchey mining and processing facility operated by NWPC, a member of Acron Group. The ore will be delivered by rail via the existing Imandra station.

Access to the deposit remains open to all visitors, including tourists and hikers.

Partomchorr Mining Company operates under a licence to develop the deposit in compliance with environmental laws and the regulations governing the protected natural areas.
