Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. is pleased to inform the shareholders and public that, during the shareholders' meeting held on 16 December 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:40 PM via video conference, a resolution was duly approved regarding the cancellation of treasury shares.

Following the approval, the Company confirms that a total of 355,353 treasury shares, previously repurchased under the Share Buyback through the Auction Trading Method (ATM), will be cancelled in accordance with applicable regulations and corporate governance procedures.
