ERA Is Now Accepting Proposals for a Grant Funding Management Platform

Emissions Reduction Alberta (ERA) is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide, implement, and support a new cloud-based Grant Funding Management Platform.

The platform will replace ERA's existing grant management system and support the full funding lifecycle, from application intake and proposal review to project management, milestone claims, payments, reporting, and records management. It will support ERA's funding programs, including those administered through the Fuel Innovation Fund.

ERA is seeking a secure, scalable, and user-friendly solution that improves efficiency, strengthens reporting, and supports responsible AI-assisted application review and program administration.

A detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) is now available and outlines the scope of work, platform requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions.
