On April 16, 2025, Liselotte Hyveled informed the Board of Directors (the "Board") of TriSalus Life Sciences, Inc. (the "Company") of her decision to resign from her position as a member of the Board, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board and the Science and Technology Committee of the Board, effective immediately. Ms. Hyveled's resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Ms. Hyveled for her exceptional service and invaluable contributions.
