A BakerHostetler team led by Partners Raam Jani and Jordan Bethea, supported by Associates Richard Reis and Tyler Zimpfer, showcased its strength in entrepreneur-forward M&A transactions by providing legal counsel to Altaline Capital Management in its strategic growth investment into Risk & Regulatory Consulting, one of the largest independent providers of actuarial, financial/IT, compliance and related support solutions to U.S. insurance regulators. Altaline is a specialist private equity firm dedicated to transforming businesses in the services sector.
