Marcus Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Directors of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share of common stock, a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend rate of $0.08 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid September 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on August 25, 2026.

Marcus, chairman and chief executive officer of Marcus Corporation. The Board of Directors also declared a dividend of $0.082 per share on the Class B common stock. The dividend on the Class B common stock, which is not publicly traded, will also be paid September 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on August 25, 2026.
