RISE Town Hall forums, October 22 and 23

Over the past year, Illinois State has embarked on a strategic budgeting and resource allocation project as part of the Resilience, Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence (RISE) Initiative. This work reflects our shared commitment to aligning financial practices with the University's mission, enabling adaptability, and ensuring long-term fiscal sustainability.

Since our last town halls in April, we've made meaningful progress. Through collaborative workshops with colleges and administrative units, we have developed a new budgeting framework, process, and timeline designed to support strategic decision-making and position the University for continued success.
