Notification of transactions by persons closely associated with individuals performing managerial duties
PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES S.A. announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council on market abuse, that Ms. Vasiliki Chatzinikou, a person closely associated with an individual performing managerial duties in the Company, namely Mr. Andreas Kiagias, Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer, has, according to her notification to the Company dated July 21, 2025, proceeded on July 18, 2025 with the sale of 4,000 common registered shares of the Company, with a total value of 26,000.00 euros, at an average price of 6.50 euros, on her own account.
