Capital AKcess Phone Line Down, Call Juneau Taxi for Reservations

As of 2:45 p.m. yesterday, January 22, the phone line for Capital AKcess is down. City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) staff have been working with Alaska Communications to resolve the issue so riders can schedule with Capital AKcess as soon as possible.
Until the line is repaired, Capital AKcess riders can call Juneau Taxi at (907) 586-1111 to schedule a Capital AKcess reservation. An update will be shared by CBJ as soon as the line is repaired.
