Westlake Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

HOUSTON, Aug. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Westlake Corporation (NYSE: WLK) today declared a regular dividend distribution of $0.533 per share for the second quarter of 2026. This dividend will be payable on September 10, 2026 to stockholders of record on August 25, 2026.

Westlake announced its first dividend on November 11, 2004 and has successively been paying and increasing its dividend for the past 22 years.
