On March 2, 2026, Greg A. Milleman, Vice President, Rates and Regulatory Affairs, notified California Water Service Group (the "Company") of his intention to retire, with an effective date to be determined at a later date (the "retirement date"). Mr. Milleman will retire with 13 years of service.
The Company expects to announce Mr. Milleman's replacement before the retirement date.
