China: Eleven National Food Safety Standards Notified to WTO

On August 28, 2025, China notified eleven national food safety standards to the WTO including general principles for labeling food additives, revision of maximum levels of mycotoxins and contaminants in foods, as well as a few product standards for food additives and nutritional fortification substances. Comments may be submitted to the China's SPS National Notification and Enquiry Center at [email protected] until October 27, 2025.
