CANCELACIÓN

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2024-00014343 de 14 de octubre de 2024, resolvió CANCELACION VOLUNTARIA de la inscripción en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores, de la Emisión de Obligaciones de Corto Plazo - Papel Comercial de la compañía Azzorti Venta Directa S.A, por un monto de hasta CUATRO MILLONES DE DÓLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA (USD 4'000.000,00), que fue aprobada mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRQ-DRMV-2022-00003237 de 22 de abril de 2022.
