ArchStar Capital Completes Investment in Packaging Strategies

ArchStar Capital, a leading lower middle market private equity firm, is excited to announce its investment in Packaging Strategies Incorporated (PSI), a premier provider of customized hard-plastic packaging containers headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.
