Temporary Road Closure - Marine Avenue and Sepulveda Boulevard

Public Works will be repairing the water line that serves 2501 North Sepulveda Boulevard. To perform this work safely, the section of Marine Avenue between Oak Avenue and Sepulveda Boulevard (west of Sepulveda Boulevard/east of Oak Avenue) will need to be closed.

This closure will affect the following movements:

  • The northbound left-turn pocket from Sepulveda Boulevard onto Marine Avenue
  • The southbound right-turn pocket from Sepulveda Boulevard onto Marine Avenue
  • All westbound through-traffic on Marine Avenue approaching Sepulveda Boulevard
  • All eastbound through-traffic on Marine Avenue from Oak Avenue

Traffic control is scheduled for 5:00 AM, Tuesday, November 18, and Public Works will be on site to begin work immediately. An early start will help expedite repairs and reopen the roadway as soon as possible. Once the leak is located, Public Works will evaluate whether portions of the closure can be reduced to allow some lanes to reopen.

Thank you for your understanding.
