Memorial Unveiling to Honor Victims of January 2025 Potomac River Tragedy
The City of Alexandria, in partnership with Representative Don Beyer, invites the community to the memorial unveiling for the victims of the January 2025 Potomac River Midair Collision.
The memorial, located in the northeastern portion of Rivergate City Park along the Potomac River, was designed in partnership with families and loved ones. Their voices helped shape how this space honors those who were lost.
Join us for the unveiling ceremony:
- Monday, June 1
- 5:30 p.m.
- Rivergate City Park (2 Montgomery St.)
This memorial creates a peaceful place for reflection, remembrance, and community connection. It offers space for families, loved ones, and the broader Alexandria community to gather, honor lives, and support one another.
