Evaluations

The purpose of this memorandum is to notify you that the DoW Office of InspectorGeneral is initiating the subject evaluation. The objective of this evaluation is to summarize lessons learned, systemic challenges, and other potential areas for consideration related to logistics in a contested environment based on our audit and evaluation reports related to the U.S. Pacific Command logistics network completed since 2023. We may revise the objective as the evaluation proceeds, and we will also consider suggestions from management for additional or revised objectives. We plan to perform this evaluation in accordance with the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency "Quality Standards for Inspection and Evaluation."
