Norton Rose Fulbright partner Debra Gatison Hatter has been selected as a 2026 Women Who Mean Business honoree by the Houston Business Journal .
The annual recognition celebrates accomplished leaders who have made significant contributions to their professions, organizations and communities. Honorees are selected based on their career achievements, leadership, business impact and community involvement.
Debra has advised companies, investors and boards on complex strategic transactions and governance matters for many years. Her distinguished practice spans mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, financings, corporate governance, compliance, ESG initiatives and securities matters across a range of industries, including energy, renewable energy, technology and industrial services.
Debra is active in the Houston community. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Institute of Energy Law, and the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce (GHWCC), where she helps advance opportunities for women business leaders including through pro bono work. She is also involved with the local chapters of Jack and Jill of America and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Honorees will be recognized at the Houston Business Journal's Women Who Mean Business Awards luncheon in October and featured in a special section of the publication.
